ARE PETS ALLOWED?

There are not pets allowed in all of our properties.

ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

All our properties are kept clean and maintained with utmost respect and as such please treat it with care and respect.

a cleaning fee will be charged based on the number of guest and condition of property upon vacating.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Berege Property Stays Ltd has a

48 hours full refund cancellation policy, please note this does not cover cancellations due to Illness or Travel disruptions.

24 hours or same day cancellation will result in a partial refund of 50% of every night but the first one.

No refund of the first night or the service fee
